(Bluefields, 31 de diciembre de 1951) es una actriz de cine y televisión y ex-modelo de Nicaragua.

Interpretó la Chica Bond (Bond Girl) Fatima Blush en la película Never Say Never Again (Nunca digas nunca jamás), de 1983, co-estrellando con Sean Connery, Kim Basinger, Max von Sydow y Klaus Maria Brandauer.

Otra aparición de destaque de Bárbara en el cine se dio en la película de 1989, Loverboy, como la empresaria Alexandra "Alex" Barnett.
